Modular aufgebautes Lumineszenzmessgerät Lexsyg Research der Firma Freiberg Instruments mit automatisierter Detektionseinheit
Geräte Komponenten
• EMCCD Kamera zur Detektion für die ortsaufgelöste Bildgebung
• Zwei Photomultiplier für unterschiedliche Detektionsbereiche: UV-VIS (300-650 nm) und VIS-NIR (380-890 nm) mit vorgeschaltetem Detektionsfilterwechsler inkl. Interferenz- und Glasfilter für optimierte Detektionsfenster
• OSL Stimulation mittels drei unterschiedlichen Stimulationswellenlängen (violette LEDs 405±3 nm; blau LEDs 458±5 nm oder IR LEDs 850±20 nm) für kontinuierliche oder linear modulierte Messungen
• TL Stimulation bis zu 710 °C (unter N2 Atmosphäre)
• Peltier Kühleinheit für die Bestrahlung und Lumineszenzmessung von Proben zwischen -50 und 100 °C
• Kalibrationsbestrahlungen der Proben im Messgerät mit fest eingebauter, umschlossener Sr-90 Ringquelle (RF Messungen sind möglich)
• Probenkarussell mit 80 Positionen
