Short Description

The Food Technology pilot plant offers all processing options for food manufacturing in pilot scale. This includes unit operations such as milling, drying, agglomeration, extraction, extrusion, homogenization, pasteurization/sterilization including non-thermal processes, concentration, filtration, separation, fermentation.
