Research Services

The Preclinical Imaging Facility (pcIMAG) provides comprehensive anatomical and functional phenotyping of (transgenic) models by multimodal imaging. pcIMAG is mainly focused on mouse imaging but also works with other models such as Drosophila, plants or cell constructs. Special emphasis is placed on the development of automated image analysis tools to achieve a reliable qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
