Kurzbeschreibung
The Thermo Fisher Exploris 240 high-resolution mass spectrometer is coupled to a Thermo Fisher Trace 1610 gas chromatograph.
The main application of the instrument is the analysis of environmental contaminants (e.g. organochlorine pesticides, polycyclic aromatic amines, polychlorinated bisphenols) and metabolites in human biospecimens to complement LC-(HR)MS analyses.
Measuring in electron impact ionization (EI) mode allows simultaneous target and non-target analysis and suspect screening of compounds of interest in human matrices.
