Kurzbeschreibung
Die Core Facility Durchflusszytometrie umfasst die apparative Ausstattung zur Untersuchung immunologischer Mechanismen auf molekularer und zellulärer Ebene mittels der Flowzytometer FACSCanto II (zwei Geräte), CytoFLEX S und Northern Lights 1000, den Zellsortern FACSAria III und CytoFLEX SRT, einem Multiplex Analysegerät Magpix zur simultanen Messung von bis zu 50 Analyten sowie einem Impedanz Flowzytometer Ampha Z32.

Der Methodenpark umfasst die gängigen Techniken der zellulären und molekularen Immunologie. Spezielle Expertise liegt für komplexe Mausmodelle hinsichtlich allergischer Sensibilisierung und allergischer Effektorreaktionen sowie für Immunreaktionen / Immunregulation über die Haut vor.
