Short Description
Powder-Diffractometer in Bragg-Brentano geometry in reflection setting. Equipped with a 9-position automatic sample changer, an automatic divergence slit system and a fast 1-dimensional silicon strip detector.
This equpiment is used to identify and characterize solid powders based on their crystal structure. Minimal sample mass: 50 mg. Experienced users are able to evaluate precise crystallographic parameters from the provided data.
