Open for Collaboration

Short Description

The TA-SHG pro system comprises a tunable diode laser, a high power semiconductor (TA) and an integrated frequency doubling stage (SHG pro). The SHG stage is a folded ring cavity in bow-tie configuration with thermal and mechanical stability. The system includes fully-automated push-button coupling optimization into the TA chip, the SHG cavity and the output fiber, as well as output power stabilization.

Research Services

The research infrastructure is "Open for Collaboration". Commercial collaborations are not possible.

Methods & Expertise for Research Infrastructure

For the Project 'CavYT' (side project of 'QuSiED') we start with slowing, cooling and trapping Ytterbium atoms preparing them in a stable ultracold atom cloud for the transportation into a cavity. For these purposes high power lasers with different (specified) wavelengths are needed.

Terms of Use

Terms of use are defined within the framework of a scientific cooperation. No commercial use possible. If you are interested in a cooperation or collaboration, please contact us.
