Short Description

The LTM10 is an electro-dynamic testing machine whose drive is based on linear motor technology and is mounted on a durable 2-column frame. The low moving mass of the drive makes it ideal for fatigue and durability testing.

The tests can be performed biaxially, i.e. axially and/or torsionally, enabling tensile, compression, bending and torsion tests with both cyclic and static loading.
The specimens can be clamped by pneumatic clamping.

The "testXpert" software includes e.g. : Definition of various test sequences, selection of a setpoint function per axis from ramp, cyclic travel command, stop, free selection of the start direction, synchronization of the travel commands of the axes, setting of tolerances and limits, monitoring of the measured values in the online graphic, optimization of the movement sequences with digital PID controller.
