Short Description
Our High Performance Computing (HPC) infrastructure for life science research offers access to a large central storage environment based on CEPH and a high number of applications for analyses of omics data. Users have also the choice to use our Galaxy web portal to run tools and workflows without programming experience.

MedBionode is a HPC cluster for computational biomedical research. It provides a computing environment with substantial CPU and disk space as well as open source applications and tools, making it possible to analyze large omics datasets. The cluster hosts also one Galaxy software framework instance enabling researchers without programming experience to run tools and workflows through the web.
