Short Description
Microscale Thermophoresis (MST) is a new method developed to measure biomolecular interactions. The Monolith NT.115 Instrument uses fluorescence detection with either a blue (470/520) or red (625/680) filter. Labeling of a biomolecule with a fluorescent dye will enable measurement of the dissocation constant between the molecule and a variety of ligands (protein-protein, protein-nucleic acid, nucleic acid-nucleic acid, etc).
