Short Description

The Nikon microscope Eclipse Ti-E measures the fluorescent light locally emitted from a sample for analytic purposes. The fluorescence is induced by conventional light sources (Hg-lamp, Xe-lamp) or by laser light with different frequencies / wavelengths.
