Short Description
For the measurement of size distribution and the aggregation state of proteins static and dynamic light scattering (SLS/DLS) are commonly used.
Nano-DSF allows to specifically probe the integrity of protein fold, to study internal structural dynamics and stability, as well as to identify true folding/unfolding transitions in a broad range of concentrations in various buffers.
Simultaneous analysis of both intrinsic fluorescence (nanoDSF) and light scattering (SLS/DLS) signals allows to clearly distinguish between native, aggregated and/or unfolded protein states.
