Short Description
Several laser sources to be used for optical excitation within a fluorescence microscope. Thereby, the available Nikon microscope is upgraded to a "Laser Scanning Confocal Microscope" (LSCM) which allows to measure the spectral distribution of the fluorescent light emitted from a sample with microscopic resolution.
