Short Description
High-Power System test bed can be operated both as a multi-cylinder engine (MCE) and as an overall system test bed, designed for testing various system configurations for conventional and future fuels (e.g. hydrogen, methanol, e-fuels ...) and fuel blends.
Key features:
• Max. power output 3,500 kW / max. torque 20,000 Nm
• Suitable for test operations with all relevant fuels
• Comprehensive testing infrastructure including fuel pre-treatment, exhaust after-treatment, waste heat recovery, hybridization, etc.
• High-dynamic operation and endurance runs (in 24 h operation mode) possible
