Short Description
Inverse confocal laser scanning microscope with Airyscan Fast super-resolution technology and incubation chamber for sensitive and fast imaging of fluorescently labeled fixed and live specimens:
-Laser lines: 405, 458, 488, 514, 561, 633 nm
-Two PMTs and one 32-channel GaAsP detetector for reflected light detection
-PMT for transmitted light detection
-Spectral separation of up to 10 different dyes
-Airyscan detector (1.7x improvement over the theoretical diffraction limit)
-Multiple position imaging
-Incumbation chamber with controllable temperature and CO2
