Short Description

NGS corefacility.
The Facility assists with Sample handling, library preparations and Illumina sequencing for various high-throughput sequencing applications, including transcriptome analysis (RNA, small RNA, miRNA -seq), single-cell multiomics (RNA, V(D)J, ATAC, etc.), and Visium spatial transcriptomics.
