Short Description
Live Cell Imaging Microscope - TIRF (Total Interference Reflection Fluorescence)
Our Live Imaging Microscope is an inverted wide field microscope. It is equipped with an environmental control and different small incubation chambers for CO2 and humidity supply. As a sensitive and fast camera, the hamamathsu orca flash 4 sCMOS is used for image acquisition. Furthermore it offers a motorized stage, Z – drift compensation, LED light sources, DIC optics, phase contrast and filtersets for DAPI, FITC, Cy3, Cy5, CFP und YFP.
The TIRF-Option is based on a motorized 4Line TIRF illumination combiner.
