Short Description
The 360° fulldome is an immersive, dome based projection environment that can be used in public spaces on a mobile basis and can be used with real-time (interactive) or pre-rendered computer animations, or with real image or video recordings.
This fulldome environment is used to explore the effects of immersive image and sound spaces.
The aim is to define the visual parameters of 360-degree projection environments by using and developing the latest technologies and integrating a wide variety of software.
Technical equipment:
1 x fulldome architecture consisting of Freedome 110 (negative pressure dome - 12m diameter, 6m height) with heavy-duty floor projection surface and double entrance door
1 x Screenberry media server
2 x Mifcom PC with high-performance graphics cards for real-time display
1 x sound system consisting of audio computer, 8 speakers (MS-MM4XP) + 1 subwoofer (MS-MM 10AC)
8 x Panasonic PT-RZ120LBE projector with flying frame
