Short Description

+ Several frequency converters for measurements in the frequency range up to 500 GHz. Application in combination with the Network Analyzer ZVT20 from R&S; as well as at the wafer-probing-station (Summit12K from Cascade).

+ Various block-up/-down converter for the expansion of the frequency range up to 330 GHz. The application lie in implementing of frequency bands for its analysis, for example in affiliation with available spectrum analyzers (as microwave receiver) and/or available signal sources (as microwave emitter) for measurements.

+ Several harmonic mixers up to 170 GHz. Application in combination with spectrum analyzers for its frequency range extension.
