Short Description

Research on and design, experimental buildup/proof and electrical characterization of systems as well as discrete and integrated circuits in the field of modern high frequency-/highest frequency-/microwave- and communications technique (from DC up to several hundreds of GHz).

Feasible measurements reach (for example) from power measurements, spectral- and network analysis till broadband time-domain measurements at linear and non-linear as well as frequency transforming devices. An anechoic chamber and assembly technique are also available.
