Short Description

The video-based coordinates measuring instrument SmartScope MVP 300 permits the efficient measurement of geometrical parameters, as for example distances, lengths or radii of curvature.

With the integrated zoom optics as well as the motorised XYZ Stages we can perform displacements of up to 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm with accuracy in the micrometer range and nearly arbitrarily adjustable lighting conditions (transmission and reflection light modes, lateral illumination).

Thanks to the available software periodical measuring tasks can be automated very fast or run in partly-automated modes. Moreover, we can provide the possibility of measurements in temperature-regulated liquids.

Research Services

We offer research for general purpose dimensional measurement applications. Using our capable system, we can capture geometrical parameters precisely and quickly. By definition of custom taylored measurement algorithms, we can provide results for both research/development and characterisation of already existing pieces.
