Short Description
By combining two separation methods (2D chromatography), complex samples can be described in more depth. This instrument can link two liquid chromatographic methods, for example hydrophobic interaction chromatography and gel permeation chromatography. A range of detectors adds more information for characterization by UV/Vis spectrometry, viscosimetry, light scattering, and other detection modes.
